About the Author
Allen Sadi graduated from Montreal's Concordia University in 1999 with a bachelor of science degree in athletic therapy. While studying at Concordia, Allen worked with the Montreal Sun-Youth football team as a therapist offering on-field first-aid, injury assessments, and taping.
He was immediately accepted into the School of Physical and Occupational Therapy specializing in Physical Therapy at McGill University in Montreal, where he obtained a second bachelor of science degree in physical therapy, in 2003. In addition to this, Allen has 10 years of experience as a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor.
Allen works with a variety of client/patient populations ranging from teens to the elderly, sedentary individuals to elite athletes and patients with musculoskeletal conditions to patients with neurological conditions, such as multiple sclerosis and strokes. Furthermore, Allen has clinical experience in an acute care hospital working with in-patients, in a rehabilitation hospital working with out-patients, and in private clinical settings working with the general public.
Allen currently works in the private sector and has developed a steady clientele for one-on-one personal training sessions. Allen has furthered his knowledge and expertise in the field of physical therapy by attending post-graduate courses in manual therapy, electrotherapy, taping techniques, and core stabilization.
